Magnity’s interface is organised into three areas to keep creation clear and quick. On the left, the content library lets you switch languages, pick templates, search by keyword, and apply filters to focus on relevant sources. The centre canvas is your live workspace for drag-and-drop composition of emails and other assets, showing real-time layout and copy. On the right, the adjustments panel houses element-level chat and settings, so you can refine headlines, CTAs, and body copy with full context. A top bar provides save, export, localise, new project, and a menu to access projects, templates, composers, and rules.
Working with content, templates, and personas
Start by choosing your language and a suitable template, such as a main story with related items in rows or side by side. Use search to find URLs or assets quickly (for example, “blog”), then narrow with filters like category or industry. Drag selected content from the library into the canvas to generate draft elements. Apply a persona from your library (for example, marketing specialist or CCO) to guide tone, structure, and emphasis. Persona profiles capture goals, concerns, and motivations; when applied, new or adjusted elements reflect that audience segment automatically.
Refinement, localisation, and best practices
Each text element includes its own context-aware chat, understanding the element, its source, your rules, and conversation history to deliver precise, iterative edits. Keep chat open while you tweak copy, and collapse the left panel on smaller screens to maximise space. When your content stabilises, use Localise on the top bar to translate one or more emails; then export for downstream tools. Best practices: set language and template first; use filters to focus then clear them; add personas early; refine sections with element-level chat; and localise near the end to minimise rework and ensure consistency.
