Find the issues your rules define. Fix them in the same pass.
Review a document against your configured ruleset. Get findings and fixes.
What it does
From identifying and explaining issues to implementing fixes and exporting corrected or commented documents, the Compliance Agent is for showing that content was checked against your rules — each finding traced to the rule behind it, in your format and workflow.
It does not replace your required approval process, and review quality depends on how complete the configured rules are.
Capabilities
Check a document against your complete configured ruleset, not a sample of it.
Each issue identified, explained, and traced back to the rule it breaches.
Not just what is wrong — a proposed correction you can accept, edit or reject.
Export a fixed version, or a commented version that shows a reviewer what changed and why.
Review the document as it exists rather than asking someone to paste it somewhere first.
Findings land in the format and the process your reviewers already use.
How it works
Bring the document as it is
Review a document as it exists — agency work, legacy files, material created outside Magnity — against your complete configured ruleset, not a sample of it.
Get findings with the rule behind them
Each issue is identified, explained and traced to the rule it breaches, with a suggested fix you can accept, edit or reject.
Export and hand on
Export a corrected version, or a commented one that shows reviewers what changed and why, in the format and process your reviewers already use. Sign-off stays with them.
Questions we get
Why does compliance review add weeks to a campaign?
Because it happens last. By the time content reaches review the design is locked, the date is close and every change is expensive — so reviews get compressed, or launches slip. Applying rules while content is written means most issues never reach the review stage, and the formal check has less to find.
How is this different from asking a model to check our content?
A general model checks against what it infers your standards to be. The Compliance Agent checks against the ruleset you configured, and every finding names the rule it came from. That difference is what makes the output defensible rather than merely plausible.
Does this replace our legal or regulatory reviewers?
No. It does not replace legal, regulatory or medical sign-off, and it does not interpret regulation for you. It applies your organisation's rules and returns findings and fixes; the decision stays with your reviewers.
What can it review?
Documents you bring, including material created outside Magnity — agency work, legacy files, content from another system. Findings and corrected or commented documents come back in the format your workflow already uses.
Is this a separate tool for my team?
No. Every Magnity licence includes the Content Agent — the canvas where research, planning and drafting already happen — and the Rule Agent, which holds the rules. The Compliance Agent is the review capability switched on inside that same workspace, checking against the same rules the writing was done under.
Rules configured once are applied twice: during generation, and again at review.
What doesn't the Compliance Agent do?
It does not approve. The Compliance Agent produces findings and fixes. Your required approval process is unchanged, and legal, regulatory and medical sign-off remain yours.
Review quality depends on your rules. The agent checks against what has been configured. An incomplete ruleset produces an incomplete review — which is why rule configuration is the first thing Ramp-up covers.
It is not a legal opinion. It applies your organisation's rules; it does not interpret regulation on your behalf.
