What it does

The Translation Agent adapts content into the languages your markets need, applying your approved terminology and brand voice rather than translating literally.

It does not replace professional or regulatory review where a market requires it.

Capabilities

01
Localised variants

Every market in its own language, produced from the same approved source at the same time rather than in sequence.

02
Approved terminology

Product names, technical terms and approved claims held to your glossary, so nothing is translated that should not be.

03
Brand voice per market

Tone of voice applied in each language, not only in the source, so the brand sounds like itself everywhere.

04
Local configurations

Market-specific rules — terminology, phrasing, regulatory wording — applied to that market's version automatically.

05
Adaptation, not literal translation

Idiom, structure and emphasis adjusted for the language, while the approved meaning stays intact.

06
Source stays identifiable

Every localised version links back to the source it came from, so review and updates stay traceable.

How it works

Configure your terminology and voice

FAQ

Questions we get

Is this machine translation?

It is adaptation from your approved source using your terminology, brand voice and market rules, rather than a literal rendering. The difference shows up in claims that stay cleared, product names that stay correct and a tone that survives the language change.

How many languages are included?

Every plan covers unlimited markets and languages. Translation is never bought per language.

What about markets that require professional or regulatory review?

That review stays exactly where it is. The Translation Agent produces a draft that already follows your configured rules, and your local reviewers keep final approval.

Does it work with our existing glossary and style guide?

Yes. Approved terminology, claims and tone of voice are configured once and applied to every localised version. If they are not written down yet, building them is part of Ramp-up.

Is this a separate tool for my team?

No. Localisation appears inside the Content, Email, Web, Social Media and Journey Flow Agents as market versions produced alongside the source.

Works with the Persona Agent. Persona and industry context is applied per market, so a localised version is adapted for the buyer as well as the language.

What doesn't the Translation Agent do?

It does not replace required review. Where a market requires professional, legal or regulatory review of localised content, that review stays in place. The Translation Agent prepares the draft; your reviewers decide.

It does not publish or send. Localised content is exported to the systems your teams already use. Activation and publishing stay where they are.

It is only as good as your configuration. Quality depends on your glossary, brand voice and local configurations being complete. Building them is real work, and it is part of what Ramp-up covers.
