How is Magnity licensed?

Per brand, excluding VAT. List prices are published in USD, EUR and GBP — use the currency switch above the plans; the figures in these answers are in US dollars. Pro is $599 a month for up to five users. Business is priced on scope, with unlimited users, onboarding and standard support. Both include the Content, Rule, Persona and Translation agents, 1,000 credits a month, and unlimited markets and languages.

What are credits, and how are they used?

Credits are the shared pool the agents draw on as they work. Every licence includes 1,000 credits a month. Credits that come with add-on agents join the same pool and can be spent in any mix across agents, or reserved for specific ones. Monthly credit plans and one-off credit packs cover higher volumes.

What do add-on agents cost?

$1,000 per agent per month, each with 3,000 additional credits. That is sized for typical workloads: up to 120 emails with the Email Agent, up to 60 pages with the Web Agent, up to 300 posts with the Social Media Agent, 50 document reviews with the Compliance Agent, or 15–20 flows with the Journey Flow Agent, which requires the Email Agent.

What is the contract term?

Licences run on a rolling term: the current month plus two calendar months. One- and two-year commitments are available at a discount.

Are there discounts for longer terms or more brands?

Yes. One-year commitments are discounted 5–10% and two-year commitments 10–15%. Licensing three to five brands takes 5% off, and six or more takes 10% off.

What is Magnity Ramp-up?

A 90-day engagement for $8,999 that includes everything in Business, every agent and 18,000 credits. Your team runs real workflows end to end, and builds the rules, personas and market configurations they depend on, before settling on a plan.

Can we get custom agents or integrations?

Yes, through Magnity Labs. Custom agents, enterprise integrations and priority capabilities are scoped and priced separately.

Running an RFP or a security review?
