Plan the journey. Get every email inside it.
Plan multi-step automation flows — from blueprint to every email inside them.
What it does
From nurture programmes to complex decision journeys, the Journey Flow Agent is for guiding your audiences with the right message for every persona, stage and market.
Where the Email Agent writes one email, the Journey Flow Agent plans the journey and can invoke the Email Agent to create the emails inside it.
Capabilities
The structure of a multi-step journey: what happens, in what order, and what decides the branch.
The blueprint and the content produced together, not a diagram handed to someone else to fill.
Messages written for where someone is in the journey and who they are, not one text for all of it.
Branching logic for complex buying journeys, not only linear nurture sequences.
Every market in its own language, adapted rather than translated. Included in every licence.
Your rules run during writing, not after. Every email in the flow follows them before review.
How it works
Blueprint the journey
Plan the structure of a multi-step journey — what happens, in what order and what decides each branch — for nurture programmes and complex decision journeys alike.
Get every email inside it
The Journey Flow Agent can invoke the Email Agent to write every email in the flow, with persona, stage and market context applied to each message.
Build it in your automation platform
Hand over a blueprint your team can build from directly, with emails ready for your activation platform. The flow logic and the sending stay in your marketing automation system.
Questions we get
Why do nurture programmes take months to launch?
Because mapping the journey and writing the content are separate projects. The map is agreed quickly; then someone has to write forty emails across personas, stages and markets, and that queue is what the launch is actually waiting on. Producing the blueprint and the emails together removes the queue rather than shortening it.
Does this replace our marketing automation platform?
No. Your automation platform stays responsible for the flow logic and the sending. Magnity produces the blueprint and every email inside it; Magnity does not send, schedule or publish unless you have explicitly integrated and approved it.
Why does it require the Email Agent?
Because the emails inside a journey are written by the Email Agent. The Journey Flow Agent plans the journey and invokes it for the content, so both need to be licensed.
Can it handle branching, not just linear sequences?
Yes. It is built for complex decision journeys as well as straightforward nurture programmes — the right message for each persona, stage and market rather than one sequence for everyone.
Is this a separate tool for my team?
No. It's journey production appearing in the workspace your team already uses: every Magnity licence includes the Content Agent, the canvas where research, planning and drafting already happen.
What doesn't the Journey Flow Agent do?
It does not automate or send. Marketo, MCAE, Marketing Cloud or whichever platform you run stays the automation and activation system. Magnity produces the blueprint and the content that goes inside it.
It does not replace approval. Your review and sign-off process is unchanged.
