Write the rules once. Every agent follows them.
Build, edit, optimise and apply the rules your content has to follow.
What it does
The Rule Agent owns rule creation, maintenance and application. Rules are invoked during generation, so content follows them before anyone reviews it.
It does not replace final approval, legal sign-off or regulatory ownership.
Capabilities
Build the rules your content has to follow, in a form the platform can apply rather than a document people read.
Rules change. Update them once, in one place, rather than reissuing a PDF and hoping.
Different markets have different requirements. Configure them per market rather than to the strictest common denominator.
Rules are invoked while content is written, so work follows them before anyone reviews it.
One ruleset, applied by every agent — email, page, post or document.
The same rules the Compliance Agent checks finished documents against.
How it works
Write the rules once
Build the rules your content has to follow in the admin section, owned by the people accountable for standards — rules the platform applies, not a document people are asked to remember.
Applied while the work is written
Every agent invokes the rules during generation — email, page, post or document — so content already follows them before anyone reviews it.
Update once, apply everywhere
Change a rule in one place and every future output follows, in every market, with market-specific rules where markets genuinely differ.
Questions we get
Why do written brand and claims rules stop working at scale?
Because applying them depends on someone remembering to. A brand book is a reference; work happens under deadline. Rules configured into the platform are applied while content is written, so following them stops being an act of discipline.
Where do we manage rules?
In the admin section. The Rule Agent is not a canvas tool your content team opens — it is governance infrastructure, owned by the people accountable for standards, whose effect appears inside every other agent.
How is this different from the Compliance Agent?
The Rule Agent holds the rules and applies them while content is created. The Compliance Agent reviews finished documents against the same rules and returns structured findings and fixes. One prevents, the other verifies.
Does it cost extra?
No. The Rule Agent is included in every licence on every plan, alongside the Content Agent.
What doesn't the Rule Agent do?
It does not approve. The Rule Agent applies your rules as work is built. It does not replace final approval, legal sign-off or regulatory ownership.
It applies your rules, not the regulation. It does not interpret law or industry guidance on your behalf — it enforces what you have configured.
Configuration is the work. The value comes from a complete, accurate ruleset. Building it is a real project, and it is the first thing Ramp-up covers.
