What it does

From headlines and body text to captions, CTAs and metadata, the Web Agent is for filling fixed templates and modular page structures — content that drops into your existing setup.

Capabilities

01
Component-level content

Headlines, body text, captions and CTAs written per component, not as one block someone has to cut up.

02
Metadata

Page titles and meta descriptions written with the page rather than bolted on before launch.

03
Variants

Alternative versions for testing, personas or segments, produced together rather than one at a time.

04
Localisation

Every market in its own language, adapted rather than translated. Included in every licence.

05
Tone of voice

Your configured tone applied while the page is written, so drafts arrive sounding like you.

06
Rules at generation

Your rules run during writing, not after. Content follows them before anyone reviews it.

How it works

Step 1

Start from your page structure

Choose modules based on your existing page templates. The Web Agent writes to that structure component by component — headlines, body text, captions and CTAs.

Step 2

Every market, same structure

Each market gets its own version, adapted rather than translated, with persona and audience context applied and the source still identifiable.

Step 3

Metadata, then hand over

Page titles and meta descriptions are written with the page, to the same rules and tone. Your CMS stays the publishing system.

FAQ

Questions we get

Why is page copy always the last thing to arrive?

Because it is written by hand, per field, after everything else is agreed. A modular template needs a specific number of components at specific lengths — precise, repetitive work that gets assigned late and squeezed. Producing it at component level removes the squeeze rather than the step.

Will it work with our CMS?

The Web Agent produces component-level content for the structures you already have. Your CMS stays the publishing system — Magnity does not publish unless you have explicitly integrated and approved it.

Can it create new page designs?

No. It fills fixed templates and modular page structures. Layout and component design stay with your team and your CMS.

How do we keep local pages on brand?

Local versions are adapted from the same source with your personas, tone of voice and rules applied at generation, rather than rewritten market by market. The source stays identifiable, so you can see what a market version came from.

Is this a separate tool for my team?

No. It's page production appearing in the workspace your team already uses: every Magnity licence includes the Content Agent, the canvas where research, planning, value proposition work and drafting already happen.

Works alongside the Compliance Agent. Rules are applied while the page is written, and the finished document can be reviewed against your full ruleset before it goes anywhere.

What doesn't the Web Agent do?

It does not publish. Your CMS stays the publishing system. Magnity prepares page content; putting it live stays where it is today.

It does not design. The Web Agent fills fixed templates and modular structures. It does not create new page layouts or components.

It is only as good as your rules. Output quality depends on how completely your tone of voice, personas and rules are configured. That configuration is real work, and it is what Ramp-up is for.
